Raising Lucy Studios makes every effort to handle each Lucy item we ship to you with quality and care.
If you receive an item from us that has been damaged or broken during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt
of that item. To exchange or return your item, please contact us via email or phone and return the merchandise with your package
invoice by UPS or US Mail. For your protection, we recommend insuring your package. All exchanged
